      Candle Care

      🍀 Allow your candle to burn until all the wax on the surface has become liquid to prevent tunneling.

      🍀 Pinch or trim off burnt bits of the wick before next use. (Tip: you can do it with the jar upside down to prevent burnt bits falling onto the wax) 

      🍀 Allow your candle to cool for 24-hours after each burn.

      🍀 Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours. 

      🍀 Ideally, use a snuffer or lid to put out the candle.

      Shipping

      Once you’ve completed your purchase, it will take around 2-5 days for us to make your orders and ship them out. Please see below for the estimated shipping time:

Unfortunately, since Message Bottle is still very small and our products are made-to-order, we can’t afford returns at the moment. If your product is broken or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately and include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we will help you with your exchange or replacement ASAP.
